Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. All returns must be pre-approved before any items are sent back — unapproved returns may not be accepted.

To request a return, please email us at info@devicedirect.uk with your order number and reason for return. 

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and you'll be notified by email.
